Permission to upload
You must own your uploaded photos or have permission from the relevant rights holders and people depicted to use them for artwork generation. You authorize the processing necessary to create the artwork you request.
Responsible use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative or otherwise prohibited content. Do not use this service to infringe rights, harass others or misrepresent an artwork as evidence of a real event.
What a preview means
Results are AI-generated and vary. Exact likeness, details and historical style are not guaranteed. Free previews are watermarked and are intended for inspection. You can try another photograph or style through the preview flow.
Purchases are not enabled
Checkout is not currently available. Rights and use terms for purchased final artwork, pricing, delivery and applicable purchase conditions will be shown before checkout when purchasing launches. A preview does not create a paid order or promise of physical delivery.
Historical inspiration
Lumiere is not affiliated with or endorsed by historic artists, museums or the owners of referenced collections. Style references describe artistic inspiration, not an official reproduction or endorsement.
An evolving service
Features, availability and these terms may evolve. Browser-local saving is device-specific and not a permanent backup service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
